Sarah used to work 9-5 (or more like 9-9) in the City of London in banking industry. She realised that there is more to life and being miserable for 364 days a year and happy on 1 day (when the bonus arrives) isn’t the right way to walk through life.

She packed her bags and left to travel around the world in the search of inspiration and her own why. We talk about motivation – what will get you out of bed at 5am in the morning, the importance of WHY in what we do everyday. Sarah shares her views on the importance of the right diet and avoiding processed foods to give yourself the very best chance in being successful.
All physical challenges start with the mental challenges. It is HARD to be louder than the inner voice which tells you: STOP! Don’t do It! You will hurt yourself… But overcoming that inner voice is what brings results.
