3 Reasons to Attend InfoShare This May

conference

I have attended my first infoShare last year. As new events go, I did not know what to expect at all, didn’t know many people either (in fact none, apart from Michal Szafranski – who was the speaker at two of our own events). I was looking for an event in Europe with a multinational feel, that is big but not so big that you feel lost. I wanted to find an event that would connect me with many incredible people in the process. infoShare did not disappoint.

Why You Should Attend in 2017

I have been to many events over the past few years and both as an event organiser as well as an attendee I can very swiftly judge both organisation and value. I don’t recommend people or events lightly. Here are my reasons for putting this conference at the top of your list for this year.

International Feel

I absolutely love the fact that you can be in the room with attendees from many different countries. I have met people from Estonia, Finland, Sweden, the US, Canada, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia and many many more. More than that, I have stayed in touch with many of them till today. I have done business with 4 of the contacts I made AND remained good friends with another two. In my account this is a very good going. You want to be amongst people who you can provide value to and receive value in return. Having an international crowd provides a good variety of perspectives. I like that this event attracts many attendees from the eastern and northern Europe. It is wonderful to see how different cultures deal with the same issues.

Tremendous Speakers

In 2016 David Allen (author of “Getting Things Done”) and Kevin Goldsmith (Vice President of Engineering at Spotify) belonged to the amazing lineup of headline speakers. What was really evident is how much effort goes into the selection of topic and providing a true variety of approaches.

Some of this year’s speakers include:

Full list of speakers can be found here.

Hard To Beat Value

The event is free to attend if you want to come in and see some of the speeches and mingle amongst the attendees. Yes, it is FREE. You can upgrade to also have networking parties and meals included. And oh my – Polish conference organisers do know how to make a good party! The lower end upgrade is only 500PLN (approx. 100GBP). You can however treat yourself to Executive ticket (at 1300 PLN, approx. 256 GBP) – and that is worth the money! You will have access to the same VIP area as all the speakers. So if you want to get to know the top people in this industry on the same level – that is the way to do it! This executive upgrade will also give you access to VIP networking parties (with full catering). When I attended in 2016, I have not spent a penny in the evenings.
