Dr. Eva Detko is a natural healthcare practitioner specialising in clinical hypnotherapy, behavioural psychology and nutritional therapy. She started her therapy training 17 years ago. Over the years, she has successfully supported clients with weight problems, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, compromised immune functions, as well as digestive, skin and cardiovascular conditions.
Part of her role is teaching people about physiological and psychological aspects of health, and ways to improve health naturally. She achieves this through seeing clients on an individual basis but also through her publications and ever-expanding online activity, including podcasts.
