Jozefa Fawcett
Józefa Fawcett is an award-winning learning specialist adviser, trainer, international speaker, vocal coach, and voice-over artist. She started as a make-up artist in 1980 specialising in stage make-up and mainstream make-up for fashion shows and magazine shoots. After leaving the cosmetic world, Józefa had a variety of exciting and interesting careers in recruitment, sales and training, commercial and public charity sectors, training consultancy, and training of professional speakers in 34 countries around the world.

Her professional training and HR skills were recognized by winning the Global HR Award for Excellence in 2009. She is currently the chief learning officer at JFI, a privately-owned international training, learning, and quality improvement consultancy established in the UK in 2002. She also produces and broadcasts on JFI Radio.
